Let’s talk
Where we can help
Which customers should we focus on? Why aren’t more inquiries becoming sales? What should we stop spending on? Bridge 99 helps turn those questions into clear priorities and next steps.
Too many ideas and no clear priority? We can identify your best-fit customers, define what sets you apart, and choose the few moves worth funding next.
If people find you but don’t become customers, we can map the journey from first visit to purchase or appointment and find where they drop off.
Unsure which marketing spend is paying off? We can connect media and customer data, build a useful scorecard, and decide where to adjust your investment.
Need senior direction during a transition or major initiative? I can align your team and agencies, set a workable roadmap, and keep the work moving.

Meet the founder
I’ve spent my career helping organizations connect marketing decisions to the customer experience and the business results that matter.
At Les Schwab Tire Centers, I led ecommerce, media, CRM, and customer experience work for a retailer with hundreds of locations and managed enterprise marketing budgets. Before that, I led digital marketing and web services at Providence Health & Services.
Earlier in my career, I worked at R2C Group (now Rain the Growth Agency), one of the country’s largest independent performance marketing agencies. That experience gave me a strong foundation in measurement and attribution. Across those roles, I’ve learned how to connect teams and channels, bring clarity to complex decisions, and turn strategy into action.
I started Bridge 99 to bring that experience directly to businesses that need clear thinking, useful plans, and a partner who can help make the work happen. The name comes from a bridge over the Metolius River near my home—a reminder that the best path often starts by connecting what’s already in front of us.
Selected experience
A few examples from Mitch’s work before founding Bridge 99:
At Les Schwab, I launched ecommerce with pricing and online appointments to remove a major point of friction in the customer journey. Online booking became the company’s largest customer acquisition channel.
At Les Schwab, I used marketing automation to personalize email and SMS messages throughout the customer journey, driving a 25% increase in annual customer value.
At Providence, I led the consolidation of regional websites, aligning marketing, technology, and clinical teams around a clearer digital experience.
